Cancelation Policy

Cancelation or Transferring of your Course Dates before you start is OK with at least 5 days notice of start date.
Less the cost of any Course Materials already provided or Credit Card & Administration fees .

Any time less than 5 Days notice the following reasonable conditions apply.

Cancelation of Dive Course from 5 days to 2 days prior to Course date a 50% refund of Dive Course Fee applies.
Less the cost of any Course Materials already provided or Credit Card & Administration fees .

Less than 48 hrs notice Cancelation of Dive Course start date then NO Refund applies.

We reserve the right to change dates or boats due to Weather Conditions or an event outside the control of our company alternative dates will be offered or alternatively the Customer may receive a refund for the uncompleted Section of the Course & Referral Papers will be issued by the Instructor.
